Stats Visible: The Classic Game
Stats Visible is the original PuckPerfection mode and the best place to learn the game. You build a six-player lineup: three forwards, two defencemen and a goalie. Each spin gives you a team and era, and you choose a player from that pool for an open position. Cards show season stats for that team and era while you choose, so you have more to work with than a name.
The rhythm is spin, pick, spin, pick. You have one reroll for the whole game, which can change the team or the era before you place a player. Once a player is placed, that slot is committed. If the spinner gives you a franchise with thin options at the position you still need, you have to make the best of it. Do you take a strong winger now, or fill the goalie slot while you have a good option?
Once all six slots are filled, the game simulates the season. You get a record, a grade, and a result screen you can share. An 84-0 record is the target. Review the whole lineup after a run, then try a different approach on the next one. A disappointing result is a reason to experiment, not a reason to assume one famous name should carry every team.
Tips for a first run: fill positions honestly, do not chase a single superstar at the expense of the rest of the lineup, and pay attention to the goalie. Stats Visible has a leaderboard, so if you put up a big number, enter a GM name and see where you land.
